The Residential Demolition Process
Hazmat Report
Before we can do anything, we need a hazmat report. Without a hazmat report, 3R Demolition can't send an estimator out to your house or even begin to give an accurate price of the demolition/deconstruction.
Permits
We advise you to contact your local municipality to find out what permits will be needed for your specific job. Each job and location is different and every municipality requires different permits before a job can be started.
Contact 3R Demolition!!!
Send an email to demo@3rdemolition.com with the hazmat report and we can Google earth the location and accessibility of the house. Once we have the hazmat we can arrange for one of our estimators to arrange a site visit with our abatement contractors to get the best estimate for the hazardous removal and price the demolition/deconstruction as well. This generally takes a few days to put the pricing together.
Quote
Our estimator will provide you with a quote outlining what work will be completed and will provide you with a very competitive estimate. Then you will be able to obtain your permits from the city, have all your services disconnected and move to the next step, "let the demolition/deconstruction begin!"
Let the demolition begin!
Work can begin. Once all the hazmat has been removed from the building, 3R Demolition dispatch our workers to complete any hand work and then bring in the heavy equipment for the actual demolition/deconstruction. Generally, if there are no unforeseen delays, we can be have the job finished within a week.
Clean up
3R Demolition will sort out all the material from the project at the time of demolition/deconstruction on site and remove to the waste to the various facilities for recycling and landfill.
3R Demolition projects range are from the small bungalow demolition to high scale commercial and substantially sized industrial projects. These projects are wood frame, steel erected or concrete buildings.
