Interior and Selective Demolition

Selective demolition of existing structures for renovations and remodeling can be interior or exterior by nature. Exterior demolition can involve cutting a building in half to make it smaller or to add a larger addition. 3R Demolition uses a variety of demolition equipment with many attachments to ensure a safe, effective and economical demolition. 3R Demolition furthermore endeavors to work with clients in preserving historical structural timbers and artifacts.

The Lower Mainland’s construction market, is somewhat being replaced with selective demolition of interior work space of both newer and older buildings both vacant and/or occupied buildings in contrary to complete building tear down and rebuild. This selective demolition process requires the ability to work around operating businesses, condensed working areas, strict timetables and construction budgets. Our employees understand the importance of care and respect to the surrounding interior areas and considerations to those individuals possibly inconvenienced by the project. 3R Demolition takes pride in our efforts to provide a safe environment for our employees and to those inconvenienced by our presence. Our efforts are to maintain a safe and clean working environment and to ensure that the project being altered can be open for normal business with little disruption to their employees or customers.
