Demolition > Interior & Selective Demolition

Demolition has many components that generally makeup any project, although each and every “project-building” is of it’s own accord, commonly they all require a certain checklist in order to achieve “safety for all workers” and of course the new way of the millennium to be “environmentally friendly”.

3R Demolition Corp., has a mandate to achieve these two important goals for each and every project, some of the items on our checklist are:
  • Removal and Disposal of Contaminated Materials and/or Hazardous Materials

  • Removal and Recycling of Non-Asbestos Containing Drywall Materials

  • Salvage and Recycle as many products from each project: (sample table)

SALVAGE verses RECYCLING
all components of 'building demolition"

SALVAGE MATERIALS:

RECYCLE MATERIALS:
Doors Drywall
(Sheetrock)
Windows Metals
(steel, aluminium, tin, copper, etc)
Plumbing Fixtures
(toilets, sinks, tubs, etc)
White Metals
(old fridges, stoves, etc)
Electrical
(panels, lighting, HVAC Units, etc)
Concrete
Appliances
(fridges, stoves, dishwashers, etc)
Asphalt
Lumber, Timber, Plywood, etc Clean Unpainted Wood
Steel Beams
(Post, Metal Cladding, etc)

  • Time permitting and jobsite space allows the above table to be invoked whenever possible

  • “Fast Track” projects are more difficult to “salvage” as time constraints prohibit the labour element of sorting materials by combination of machine and man – this can therefore increase overall landfill materials

3R Demolition Corp., projects range are from the small bungalow demolition to high scale commercial and substantially sized industrial projects. These projects are wood frame, steel erected or concrete buildings.  Please see our Portfolio – Case Studies section to view a few of our projects.

If your aim is to have an “Environmentally Sustained” project from the start – we at 3R Demolition can achieve this goal and ensure that the "green" approach is taken creating positive impact to your "Demolition / Recycling” project. We believe that our pricing scheme is competitive in the industry and can simultaneously contribute salvaging and recycling components back into the building arena as either a “re-use salvaged item” or a newly “recycled item”.
